Regarding the Receipt of Goods
We will purchase adult signature service for each E-bike. If you do not require an adult signature, please contact our customer service in advance. Our shipped packages are usually well-packaged. Upon receiving the package, please check the condition of the outer box immediately. If you find significant damage to the box caused by the carrier, please refuse the package and contact us.
