Juiced Bikes e-bikes may have differences in certain components due to variations in production batches. To help you find the right parts and provide better service, please include the following information when sending an email inquiry or placing an order:

  • E-bike model
  • Frame number (used to determine the production batch)
  • For controller-related issues: Please provide the label information on the controller casing
  • Identifying parts: If you are unsure about the name or model of the required part, please take clear photos (for electronic components, include close-ups of the connectors), and we will assist in identification
  • Custom orders: Some parts can be custom-ordered. Even if they are not in stock, we can request procurement from our suppliers based on your needs.
