NAPUNE has been entrusted by the original Juiced Bikes manufacturing partner to handle inventory and after-sales support for older Juiced Bikes models. To ensure you receive accurate and efficient service, please refer to the following guidelines:

Due to differences between production batches, some components on Juiced Bikes e-bikes may vary. To help us match the correct parts and provide better support, please include the following information when sending an email inquiry or placing an order:

  • E-bike model
  • Frame number (used to determine the production batch)
  • For controller-related issues: Please provide the label information on the controller casing
  • Identifying parts: If you are unsure about the name or model of the required part, please take clear photos (for electronic components, include close-ups of the connectors), and we will assist in identification
