Modify and Cancel Order

For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. The payment will not be delayed regardless of when the product is expected to ship.

Before shipping: We offer free order cancellations, but we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to stop the shipment. Therefore, please notify us of your cancellation request as early as possible.

After shipping: Requests to cancel orders or refuse packages after shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

If you need to modify or cancel order information, please email support@napunebikes.com for a prompt response. We will try to process your request as quickly as possible. Whether the modification or cancellation is successful depends on the carrier's shipping status. If the package hasn't been picked up yet or has just started shipping, we can usually make changes quickly. However, if the package has been in transit for a while, the carrier typically cannot make last-minute adjustments, and you will need to return the package once it is received.
